What materials do you use in your clothing?
We use sustainable and eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton, Tencel, and recycled polyester in our clothing.
How do you minimise your environmental impact?
We take steps to minimise our environmental impact throughout the entire lifecycle of our clothing, including using sustainable materials, implementing energy-efficient manufacturing processes, and using eco-friendly packaging.
Can I recycle my clothing?
Yes, we encourage our customers to recycle their clothing at the end of its life. We also offer a take-back program for used clothing, which we will either recycle or repurpose.
How do you ensure fair labour practices in your manufacturing process?
Our suppliers must comply with European Union labour laws and wherever possible we use products made in France. All products are packaged and produced in France.Why haven't you chosen an Australian supplier?
We have done our best to ensure that our suppliers are as ethical as possible. Print to order means reduced waste and carbon emissions but it's is still a relatively new space. Unfortunately, there are no local suppliers Down Under who meet our standards whilst also printing to order.
We refuse to compromise on our values so we've chosen a supplier based in France, Europe. Their paper, lack of plastic use, and textiles are of the highest quality whilst ensuring a minimal foot print on the planet. And for international customers, the carbon miles from shipping are significantly reduced because our products won't be shipped all the way from down under.
We will continue to assess and update our suppliers as the print to order sector grows to ensure we're always at the forefront of values aligned retail.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes, we offer a range of sizes, including plus sizes up to XXL, to ensure that our clothing is accessible to a diverse range of customers. We will continue to request larger sizes from our suppliers and will preference manufacturers who are both sustainable and can produce larger sizes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We do not accept returns on final sale items.
We encourage all customers to check their measurements before ordering to avoid disappointment.
If you received the incorrect order or your order is faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately, or you can request a refund. Just send us an email with photos and we'll organise a new shipment.
